I had a consult appointment with Dr. LeCheminant's office and called the night before to cancel as I was too ill to make it in. I never got a return to call to reschedule the appointment and then received a $75 no show bill in the mail. When I called to inquire they said it doesn't matter that I called to reschedule since it was less than 24 hours. You deal with sick people. This policy makes sense IF you get NO contact from a patient and they make no attempt to follow up. But to punish patients that are doing their best during medical crisis is such poor service it's lunacy. My rescheduled appointment and likely continued care would of put thousands of dollars in your pocket but I won't be back or continuing with you at all nor will you see the $75 BS charge fulfilled either. Shame on you. Do better. Avoid this place. They don't care about you as a person clearly!

Dr. Hartman, Cannot say enough good things. He was very patient and Informative, I never felt like I was being rushed through the process. The staff was very friendly and willing to accommodate my schedule. I highly recommend.

Dr. Hartman is amazing and patient and takes the time to explain everything to you. I'm incredibly impressed with his staff at his office and the nurses he works with at Matsu-regional!
