My massage therapist was great and I felt amazing after my session. However, the man at the front desk who checked me out was rude, condescending, and incapable of doing basic math when I went to pay. They might want to consider hiring front desk staff who have better customer service skills.
I booked a massage for my husband and his experience was horrible: 1 He was rushed in and rushed out. Had only 40 mins of massage but he paid for the 60mins. 2 He asked for water after the massage and was told that there is no water. 3 His masseuse was very rude and also massaged his back in such a horrible way that it was so painful for him! 4 The masseuse kept scratching herself during the massage as he could hear her clearly scratching. 5 The sheets on the massage table and the headrest are not changed in between clients. They keep using the same sheets over and over again! The sheet was wet! 6 The oil they use for the massage smelled horrible because you need to pay extra to use a "better smelling" oil! Overall it was such a horrible experience that both of us won't go to this place again. The owner of this place does not realize that if the customer experience is horrible the profits will dwindle very soon!
BUYER BEWARE. I purchased a $100 gift card from this location and mailed it to a work colleague out of state. When they tried to use the card it had a $0 balance. Manager Cheryl acknowledged that her staff never loaded the balance on the card but she refused to issue a refund. She was rude, disrespectful, and asked me to have the card mailed back from CA to MA. This was a really bad experience.

Management here is garbage. Go to another branch where you will be treated like a customer. The person who does the booking over the phone, booked an appointment for me. Except I never made the appointment, I called and he said my husband booked it. My husband was next to me and didn’t call. The guy gave me the number that made the appointment for me. I called that number and it was a husband making an appointment for his wife. But the phone numbers were completely different. They are incompetent.
This was my first time at this location after moving out here. I used to go to the one in Burlington where the service was much better. I will not be returning to this location From my previous location, the waiting room before you go into your room was closed due to COVID restrictions. This location had it open and I was sitting in the room with 3 other individuals all waiting to go into our separate rooms. While waiting in there, all you heard were the employees complaining about the pandemic and heard many comments like "thanks COVID". The main reason I want to get a massage is to destress from the chaotic world we live in today, and those behaviors did not help. The actual massage was good, great pressure, but 15 minutes in and I could hear full conversations in the other room between two women. Laughing and gossiping was not what i wanted to hear during my massage because it lasted the rest of the session. Oh, and the 1 hour session was more like 35 minutes.
Sheila is an amazing massage therapist. She is very talented and very gifted. She did an excellent job with me as an athlete. She knows deep tissue trigger point therapy, she's very smart and intuitive and gives lots of feedback with me when it comes to tight areas and what I need to do fitness-wise. Additionally, someone like me who drives a lot for work, and goes to the gym pretty much every day after work, and really needs massages, is a very difficult client. My muscles can be so tight and so sore and so in need of massage therapy, and she always gets them to relax and release. She's very knowledgeable about anatomy and fitness. I think she is amazing especially for anyone who works out a lot. She's worth every penny. She's also very funny and very kind and very nurturing. I trust her completely and think she's by far the best massage therapist I've ever had.
Everyone is very nice every time I go. It's a calm, welcoming, and relaxing environment which is exactly what I go there for.
This location asked to keep my credit card on file in order to honor my appointments. I informed them that I am a member with monthly payments coming out of my card every month. They insisted that if i didn't give them second card to keep on file, they would cancel all my appointments. I again informed them that in addition to being a member, I had 10 unused credits to my account. They said keeping a second card on file was their policy. I asked if it was a policy I had signed. They said that it was not corporate policy but their Westborough location policy. I asked to see that policy. They replied that they did not have it in written format to give or show it to me. I finally gave them one more out. I asked that if they could not show me a copy of this policy at the time of my next appointment, they should delete my second card information from file. They refused to do this too. Basically the Westborough location is saying that they don't honor the signed contract I have had with Massage envy for the last 4 years which allows me to use my credits to make appointments at any Massage envy location. So they say that separate rules apply to this location as opposed to other Massage envy centers because they are a franchise and can come up with their own rules without providing supporting documentation. I don't think they realize that keeping someone's credit card information on file needs supporting documentation delineating the conditions under which the card will be charged. The holder of the card needs to consent to these conditions without threat of repercussions like on the spot cancellation of all appointments. This location was unable to provide any such documentation. I would like to add that any documentation they come up with after Saturday, 11/23/2019 does not apply to my experience. Bottomline: They lost a regular customer and a member for absolutely no reason. Hence this review
