Dr.Poulos took her time with me during my consult. I felt like I knew exactly what to expect. My results are just what I expected. The office staff was helpful and informative.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!!!! - should be ZERO stars. Background - I am very active and in shape male and only had a bit of a spare tire that I wanted to have addressed. This was some time ago but it has bothered me ever since. I went to Dr. Poulos about 10 years ago, they said I was the 'perfect' candidate a non invasive procedure and sold me some expensive but totally useless 'Zerona' cool sculpting sessions. It was garbage, ZERO results. Disappointed I decided to take the plunge and just get the lipo. I had a consult with Dr. Poulos who said this was now the way to go and said she would be doing a laser assisted lipo procedure under a local anesthesia. Long and the short of it none of it went well. She actually burned my side with the cannula, when she put it down on the medical table next to me. After the procedure I was told that it may take up to a year to realize the full results of the procedure. They NEVER scheduled a follow up, I never heard from them again and I was pretty scarred on both sides of my body. To this day have VERY noticeable scars and after the year had past I still had ZERO results and only scars to show for it. I did contact them again after about a year and a half+ to talk to them about it. I scheduled another consult and was told that they would do an additional procedure for a "discounted" fee which I was not satisfied with. Then during negotiation on terms they decided to re-neg and would not address the problems and lack of results. I suspect because I was holding their feet to the fire It was all VERY disappointing. They seem very nice in the office, the office looks nice and is well appointed, staff is very professional and courteous but they really just want your money. Dr. Poulos' "professional" manner left a LOT to be desired. I would NOT recommend this office to anyone. I even at one point consulted an attorney and contemplated legal action but in the end did not want to go through the cost and aggravation.
