Massage Envy - Coon Rapids

Awesome place! Always had an amazing experience! Annette is the best therapist there hands down! I get a lot of massages and she has been the best of the best! Highly recommend going to this location! Everyone that works there is always in a happy mood and willing to help you out! Why settle for something average when you can go there and receive above average service!

I called on Friday September 1 at 1:50pm to book a massage for the following Thursday September 7. I had arranged to get work off and pay for childcare. I showed up and they had no record of my appointment. They made no efforts to make things right and only made the excuse that they have some new people starting and someone might have messed up. I showed the receptionist my phone log. Still nothing. I was very disappointed in the poor customer service here and I will not be attempting to get a massage here again.

Literally the WORST location there is. They make it hard to transfer one massage to a relative. They make it difficult to get a massage as a member even though us members pay every month to be serviced. When I wasn't a member, it was easy. As a member they tell me no to every hour. I have to go all the way to Maple Grove, far better too. Also, the most rudest little girls working the front desk. I'm done with this company.

Love going here!! i have been going to Mitch for almost a year now at least once a month and I've never had better service. From massage #1 he has been super knowledgeable on what I could benefit from whether it's in my massages, sitting at my desk, running, etc. It takes a great therapist to know what your needs really are and cater to them as well as he does. The front desk staff is the most friendly and helpful out of all locations I have been to(this is not my "home" location I signed up at). HIGHLY recommend this location and especially Mitch as your therapist ☺️
