I was pleased with the outcome of my experience. I received a massage and was unhappy with what I had paid for. I expressed my concern and management reached out to me and offered to fix everything. The professionalism from the management staff was wonderful and I felt like my concerns mattered. They were flexible with my schedule and made sure I was happy with everything. Thank you.

Was not impressed with the staff. At the end of the service they tried to charge me way more than the advertised price. I will not go back.

Compared to all the other Massage Envy's in the area, this one is the worst. Their customer service is ridiculous. Bought a massage for my friend, and there is a new rule where if you don't show up, they charge you for the whole thing which I completely get. If you are a no call, no show, by all means, you should be charged. But if you cancel within 24 hours, they are only supposed to charge you for half. Get that too, but still annoying. My friend cancelled her massage that morning because he kid got sick and had to take him to the doctor and they still charged her for the entire thing which is clearly not what their policy states. She made a google review and a Facebook review about this and was told by Massage Envy to contact them through their "portal", which she did. It's been a month and she still has received NO response NO credit.

Very disappointed with Massage Envy. I understand they have a new policy with being charged if appointment is cancelled same day, however, under certain circumstances a customer should not be charged. My child is sick and not something I can control.

Love the atmosphere and service. Just really hard to get an appointment they are so busy
