HORRIBLE SERVICE! After choosing 1 business day delivery and paying for it on a Friday AM, the cookies still not arrived a week later. The back and forth emails with the company have produced a multitude of excuses as if they are using a multiple choice answer sheet. Apparently 1 business day delivery includes: a day for them to receive the order, 3-5 days to process it, and then it's actually 1-2 business days although none of this is very clear on their website. I had ordered from them in the past, but sadly must say never again and will let others know of this ridiculousness as well. #marymacleodshortbreadfail

I can’t express enough how delicious these cookies are! And the packaging is above & beyond anything I’ve ever received! Matt is a sweetheart! I had communicated with him a few times regarding my shipping details and he was always extremely polite and respectful! He responded so quickly every time with patience and delight! He goes above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced! I’ve ordered these cookies several times and in my last delivery one of the containers arrives with a tear in the plastic. Since they were a gift I emailed him and let him know. Not only did he rush out a replacement, he sent an EXTRA container of my favorite, the chocolate chip! They have my business for life! These make the best gifts as they are simply the most delicious cookies I’ve ever tasted!!

The best shortbread cookies in the world, they are just perfect. A little pricey, but worth it. Beautifully packaged, they make great sweet gifts.

We have been here several times. So many varieties to choose from and haven't had a bad one yet! Most recently had the hazelnut, maple crunch and traditional. The latter will always be the best for me, but they were all great!

We purchased two tins of medium size cookies last week and received two days ago. Cookies are delicious but the best before date are before mid June. We have another small box of cookies with BBD in Sept.... It is embarrassing as a gift for fds...everyone has to hurry up to eat the cookies.

I bought the Maple Crunch flavor at my local grocery store in Portland Oregon and found them to be just ok. I don't know if it was because they weren't local and may have been on the shelf for awhile? They tasted kind of dry. No date on the box so I don't know how long they were supposed to be good for. Probably won't buy again.

The cookies are delicious however delivery took 12 days after ordering, despite being almost local to the merchant, and I was extremely disappointed that I was shortchanged 2 of the 4 nine inch round cookie containers I ordered. This is not a minor error. Unacceptable. How hard is it to verify you are fulfilling a complete order...

Picked up a can of your Chocolate Crunch Shortbread this morning at Loblaws. They are absolutely wonderful. Did not expect them to be that good as I have bought cookies in a can before....I was very surprised. Will definitely try some of your other shortbread.

These are hands down the BEST shortbread cookies I have ever tasted. My daughter introduced me to them years ago and they are absolutely delicious. I started buying them as gifts last year and everyone I gave them to was blown away. There are many flavours to choose from, so you may wish to start with an assortment and go from there. The chocolate crunch and the orange crunch are my two favourites; however, why not order some and try them for yourself?

Turnaround time for a local delivery 10 days and they charged me for delivery. Pitiful. Exceptionally average cookies given their price. Good, but without question not worth it
