Mary Clark Flowers - Studio BY APPOINTMENT

I am very pleased with the level of customer service, the ease of ordering, the attention to detail & the design......also the quality of the product. Not to mention the fact this shop was the only florist opened on a Sunday (before Valentines). I believe I spoke to Adele, she was very polite and understanding, she took the time to call back the next day regarding an emailed card message. The design was exactly what I wanted and 7 days later it is still absolutely beautiful. I know I got more than my monies worth. If you are taking the time to read the reviews as I did I know you will make the right choice, as I did. Thank you very much for being you & doing what you do.

We were introduced to a new friend when we needed a place to stay in Chilliwack recently for a family funeral. We wanted to say "Thank you" to our new friend for her hospitality and stories. We thought we would send her flowers. When we returned home, I looked on-line for florists near to our friend. A couple came up. Mary Clark only had a couple on-line reviews but they were better than the reviews for the other near-by shops. I phoned Mary Clark's. The lady answering the phone said "No, I am not Mary Clark, but I can help you" when I asked if this was Mary. She was a delightful person to talk with. She explained that the order I had selected on-line would not have those exact same flowers but that it would look like the design so I placed my order. In a couple of hours our new friend had received the flowers and e-mailed us a picture. It was just like what "not Mary" had said. Delightful person, very prompt service & delivery, quality design work, and true to what she said she would deliver. These are the reasons for a 5 star rating.

Mary Clark Flowers wedding arrangements are always soooo beautiful and creative. As a wedding photographer (Ken Pugh Wedding Photography) I get the pleasure of photographing their bouquets all through the day, and appreciate that they are still fresh looking at the end of the reception! They make my job so much easier. I also appreciate that Mary Clark Flowers is also a valued member of Fraser Valley Wedding Solutions, a trusted association of wedding businesses.
