I hope the manager of the place reads this . Walked in with my son for a quick bit at around 9:20 pm all the chairs were on the tables we were informed it was takeout only . We placed an order and took it home once we opened up the sandwiches it seemed they were floating around in so much mayo and sauce it was very sloppy and messy .  If you re in that area your best bet is Harvey’s across the street .

It's my 2nd time going there and this time they got the wrong order..I specifically asked for regular and no drumsticks and I got 1 drumstick n some spicy  Even taters didn't taste the same as last time...lacking salt   . I will not stop going there because of 1 mistake but next time I will have to double check everything before I leave cuz $40 is a LOT!

Nice and clean place, good food and professional staff. So many people were waiting in line and everything was flowing still. Didn’t wait long considering that it was lunch time… Nice customer service. Will definitely be back again in the future.  Thank you.

Not impressed!! Will not be returning to the Hunt club location. This is my third visit to this location. The first visit was good, second not so bad, but this time a complete disappointment.  When ordering the individual was trying to rush me and I had to repeat my order several times.  The pop-ins chicken I purchased for my young daughter was extremely dry, all contained old dry crispy batter chips, and contained no chicken. The chicken pieces were so small that with when fried the chicken turned grey in colour. I also purchased a 4 piece only to return home and realize they only packaged 3. I drove from Orléans and paid over 30$ for poor quality and to not receive a completed order.  Will not be returning to this location.

Drive through was fast. I liked the chicken pieces which weren't as crunchy as Popeyes and KFC, nor as greasy. The chicken sandwich wasn't as good as the competition, missing some tang. The Onion rings were nice and crunchy and the taters didn't taste overcooked.

It remains the best fried chicken around for sure. It didn't happen yet that I had old chicken since I've been there. The biscuit is a bit sad to be honest, could use some melted butter on it but their pickle chips and dill dipping sauce are always something I get.Food: 5/5

First time at Mary Brown's bad experience the customer service is unprofessional. The cashier was rude had to repeat the order twice, asked for two separate they were placed in the same bag. When I got home and received the incorrect chicken part. To add to insult I paid extra to exchange the incorrect chicken part. Contact the restaurant was told by the individual who answered the phone, who told me "I paid for what I get". I will never go back to Mary Brown's, I should have went to my usual place KFC or Popeye's. I have never experience poor customer service at those places. For the expensive price for the chicken the customer service should improve respect for the customer is a must. I will let my friend's  and others know to avoid Mary Brown's.

Usually fast and always delicious.  It's not a cheap chicken place but the value for what you get is great.  Large pieces of chicken.  All the sides are delicious as well.  We'll done Mary Browns!Food: 5/5

Mary brown’s chicken is AMAZING! However, this location is NOT.  The staff were aloof, inattentive , and unprofessional.  This with the very loud  Bollywood music blasting from the speakers made for an uninviting experience.  The bathroom was filthy and had no toilet paper. When I mentioned there was no toilet paper , they laughed , said Ok Then they proceeded to play on their phone by the takeout window.  After some time I asked again , I was met with a grimace -  and no verbal response where one gentleman then reluctantly put toilet paper in the bathroom. While the cooks in the kitchen poked their head out of the window and laughed.  After that they looked at my partner and I as if we were a burden being there. ? It wasn’t busy only 1 other patron was there at dinner time. It appeared they would rather play on their phone and listen to the very loud Bollywood music blasting from the speakers.  Overall, It seemed more like a “private party “ than and inviting family friendly restaurant where we could sit and enjoy some great MB  chicken .  Ihave been a fan and long time patron of MB’s but I will never go back to this location. So sad - we never ordered food and just left.

I went to the drive thru on Monday October 24 and waited over 10 minutes at the speaker to place my order I had to ask twice and told one moment then to get to the window to pay and told I have to wait 5 to 10 minutes for my order. The reason they gave was they had a problem with the car that was a head of me. Question how does affect you making the chicken? I like the chicken but I will not go back to this location again.
