Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen

Always good chicken, everything was prepared well and tasty. The store was clean and tidy inside and out. The staff are very friendly and courteous. We didn't wait long for our order to be filled, it was a very quick experience. Great location with terrific people.Food: 4/5

The chicken taste super good. Since they don't have the store available in Quebec, I got the chance to taste it at Ontario and OH BOI, I LOVE IT.

The best one, in my opinion, in Ottawa. The chicken is always perfectly crispy and juicy. They make the best spicy chicken burger. It's so good, they taste like they were straight from a southern kitchenFood: 5/5

Hit-or-miss. Extremely busy location, the food whether ordered online or in person can sometimes take up to 40 minutes—and when you get it hit-or-miss as stated. In their defence, the area it’s located in is densely populated. This is in addition to the fact that their service area is quite large given that the other two closest locations are quite a distance away. Manager is usually always on duty-good hustle on him to try and keep the show running smooth but even then sometimes he can get in the way. Nice guy overall—at-least in my experience and will fix things for the most part. As for cleanliness, unfortunately I have to give it a fail. Messy, dirty, sticky or oily tables, the drink fountain area is often sticky, a mess, no tissues and sometimes not working, garbage is full. People don’t clean up after themselves. Many teenagers, families with kids, and patrons in general do not clean up after themselves. Whether they should or shouldn’t is yours to debate, however, the staff are so busy trying to meet up with demand that they have very little time to clean up. This isn’t an environment I’d want to sit and eat in-at least not often. Could benefit from overall changes.

Had most of fast food chicken sandwich but nothing beats Popeyes. Well seasoned, moist, and crispy yet not overly floured. If I have enough stomach I would've ate 2.

Avoid at all costs - ESPECIALLY FROM DELIVERY APPS!! I ordered over $55 worth of food, and received the completely wrong order. When I contacted ubereats with proof - pictures of what I recieved INCLUDING the receipt in the bag for an order THAT DID NOT MATCH MINE at all. Uber refuses to refund me because the "The merchant has blocked/refused refunds" I called several times before someone FINALLY picked up on Friday and recieved "an oh well, your order was picked up - nothing we can do" yet they are the ones blocking the refund. I have proof. O left a message with the manager that has not been returned. I understand it is the uber delivery driver's fault for delivering the wrong order, but uber won't do anything and neither will Popeyes. Infact the merchant- popeyes- is blocking the refund!! I ordered over $50 and recieved maybe $8 worth of food to feed my family, which it didn't. It was supposed to be a special night to celebrate finishing the semester of post secondary and RUINED by not recieving our order or the food to match the amount paid, leaving our family hungry on friday night. Not to mention right before Christmas, with inflation and the cost of living so high! So much for a nice and special treat for my family!! I am being robbed from both Popeyes AND Ubereats. Avoid both at all costs! I love their food, but horrified in the customer service, especially before Christmas! Both services should be working together to rectify this problem but neither will do ANYTHING. I'm now out my hard earned money, without the food and nobody cares to help. I will be warning everyone and sadly, I will never take my business to Popeyes or Ubereats ever again, and neither will my family. Thank you for ruining my weekend - one that was supposed to be so special. I cant even order something else or reorder because they took my money and wont even offer credit or refund. They don't care about their customers and it has never been more obvious! Nobody will do anything and as a customer I am put my money, out the food to feed my family, and out so much time I have wasted going back and forth between uber and popeyes to try to get this fixed. I am at a loss, quite literally. I can provide proof of what i ordered, what i recieved photos of the very small amount of food i did recieve non of which is what i orderded, the receipt as added proof, the uber receipt of what i ordered and was supposed to recieve, my logs with uber, my call logs with popeyes I am willing to do anything for this to be fixed properly and work this out, I'm just so devastated and can't believe nobody is willing to be accountable and fix this.

Ordered the classic chicken combo with a up size of mash potatoes large 3.79 extra on top of the meal which is fine but they gave me a gravy and refused to do anything for their mistake! Not professional in my opinion so if you go there make sure to check your order before leaving like I did cause they won’t help you or replace the item they messed up on! Very frustrating seeing I’m a paying customer!

ordered $15.99 2 CAN DINE 5 pieces of our famous bone-in chicken, served with 2 biscuits and 2 regular sides. However, I only receive one side and the other is missing. I called back and the rude manager said it my false cuz I did not order the other side. Lmao I shown him my order again and he just said shut up and hung off the phone. After 4 years I had a bad experience with Popeye's before the chicken was very tasty but this time the chicken didn't had the same taste as beforeand the chicken was very oily because they were using filtered oil they were not using fresh. The food that I ordered I have to throw in the garbage not recommending any one to come hereFood: 1/5
