Mary Brown's Famous Chicken & Taters

Look, I'm from the States, we do chicken. We made fried chicken a thing. So when I say this is hands down the best fast food chicken I've had, you know I'm not just some schmuck tourist who's impressed by everything north of Vancouver. Seriously they don't over batter, the tater wedges are perfectly seasoned and perfect consistency, the poutine is to die for, and the chicken is so good you can eat it hot or cold (if you forget it in your car like I did). This stuff is too good for some random fast food joint in the far north. Whatever you guys are doing to make it, never stop.

By far one of the finest locations I have ever been. The food here is nothing short of excellent. The staff are incredibly friendly. A definite hit.

Most of the order was fine but my daughter ordered a Big Mary meal which usually has one nice, generous portion of chicken on it. What she received was leftover table scraps; four small, shoe leather tough leftovers. Most of it went into the garbage. If not for the fact that it was very cold tonight and that we were having a family evening I would have gone back with it or, at best, used it as a puck on the local rink. Disgusting and disappointing that they wold even consider putting this in someone's order.

I phoned in my order for delivery at 3:45pm, They were great on the phone for customer service but lacked to tell me they were busy and it may take longer! It's now 5:10 and still no food! I called to just make sure everything was good but no answer I phoned about 7 more times and still no answer ! Finally they picked up to let me know my food hasn't even left yet and they are very busy ! I ended up cancelling my order! I understand places do get busy but I hope next time they will let me know that it is busy and the wait time may be longer and an apology for not picking up the phone !

Food is tastey and worth the five minute drive thru wait. Really enjoyed the tater poutine and big Mary burger!
