Marv's Bakery & Meats

Love Marv's!!! Meats side always has a great selection and easy to pre order any delicious cuts. For newbies make sure that you pull a number when you get there. May have to shuffle through a crowd at times. I've seen some folks wait not knowing about the numbers. Great local place and never let me down! Bakery is good too! Have ordered cake's and always get my bread and buns here. Pecan coffee cake is awesome

First time going to Marv's, stopped as we were driving through for something sweet since reviews looked good. Won't be itching to go back any time soon due to poor customer service and sub par baked goods. My husband asked the young woman who was helping us if there were any cinnamon rolls in the back and was met with a "No, if you wanted that you should have been here before 10am" I understand ...sorry for asking? Baked goods were nothing special, chocolate chip cookie was good, cannolis were filled with pudding not actual cannoli filling and the peanut butter brownie was really dense but not very chocolatey (& had walnuts in it?) and the peanut butter topping had an odd flavor.

The bakery half is great! Everything has always been really good and the prices are pretty reasonable too. Haven't yet got to try anything from their meat section but it looks good.

Purchased from the bakery a few kinds of desserts and they were incredible! We back a couple days later and bought more. Good thing they are a little out of the way for my usual travel route.

***ALL OF THEIR FRUIT & MERINGUE PIE'S ARE SARA LEE BROUGHT PIE'S THEY JUST BAKE IN THEIR OVEN.*** SAVE YOURSELF SOME $ & JUST BUY SARA LEE PIE'S YOURSELF. Ex junkie/ current pill popper works there in the morning and forgets things almost as soon as you tell her. There is a skinny kid in the afternoon that works there & is very rude, try your hardest not to get either one of them when you go in! It will ruin your experience! Also some of the other customers are some of the rudest Ppl I have ever encountered, they feel & act like they are very entitled and can skip to the front of the line when there is a wait/line. With statements like I've been coming here for yrs, excuse me & walk right in front of you & try to order.
