You have THE BEST BAGELS! They are always fresh and delicious. The veggie cream cheese puts all other cream cheeses to shame! The owner Dale, is exceptionally friendly and eager to make each customer satisfied. What a great person! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Thanks Dale for the warm and fresh mini muffins!! Can't wait to visit your store again!

Staff is extremely slow and unmotivated. You’re better off going to the real bagel place at Old-23 and Grand River. This place could be great, but the staff needs to be replaced.

The sausage patties they used for our breakfast sandwich had a funny color to them and you could tell that they were not fresh. Very disappointed in the food quality. We will not be visiting again.

The two young men that helped me were very friendly and fast with their service, the bagels I got were fresh and my kids loved them.. will definitely come back

Both my bagel and service were top notch. The employee named Andrew E. was incredibly helpful and talkative. He really knows how to make a customer feel special. I had the BABS club on a Beddar Cheddar bagel and I would totally recommend it.
