Martindale's Western Store

I have never been treated so poorly in any store. Was browsing some cowboy hats and the clerk informed me that the one I was looking at was 105 dollars and she wanted to help me handle them? The way she scolded me about the price and how demanding she was made it seem like she didn’t t think I could afford the hat. Basic straw cowboy hat with a celebrity name attached to it. I wasn’t doing anything that would damage the hats. Was planning on buying a hat and some other items, but not after that. Fortunately I can purchase everything this store has at many other stores.

I'm glad I chanced upon Martindale's while passing through Laramie because their selection and service were excellent. A staff person greeted me right when I walked in, helped me find brands / measurements that would work for me. They offer western shirts at a range of price points. Around the holidays, they also do a great job of gift wrapping, free of charge.

Good selection of Western Wear for a small store. Limited parking since they are in the downtown area. Well kept store.

I work for the school district here and i buy my work boots from this store every year. They are the only ones in town who have Carolina boots (which are American made and the best imo). They usually price things a little lower than the local competition. Always friendly and helpful service!

don’t waste your time going if you have a horse trailer or camp trailer. There’s knowhere to park, we spent 45mins searching surrounding blocks for parking. Store looks like it’s good though, wish we coulda found parking to stop on our way through.
