Pretty dang good! Tucked away in Ellsworth, ME is this cozy dinner. Me & my husband arrived around 9am and quickly seated ourselves. Waitress was helpful and quick with drinks. Ordered the 2 eggs with ham and sausage, egg, & cheese breakfast sandwich. Both with home fries and homemade bread. Food came out steaming hot and flavorful! Would definitely stop in here again! Don’t let the negative reviews keep you away, we had a great experience!
Food was delicious! Ate all the egg omelette it had everything in there . The cut up potatoes was a bit to much to eat of. Breakfast took forever to get to our table. So waiting was . Heads up bring Cash with you ONLY accept CASH there is an ATM nearby if forgotten. Server was . Price was reasonable.
Great experience. Always is. These negative reviews are pretentious people that need to find something wrong with a place. It’s down home diner, clean, good food, friendly, and full of sweet people doing there best.
They don’t wash their hands AT ALL nor use gloves. The older guy at the register with the curly hair takes cash with his bare hands, then turns around and plates muffins with the same bare hands. I’ve seen the short lady with short hair wipe her nose several times then spread butter on guest toast. That is utterly DISGUSTING!!!! As I’m watching everything he hands me my food. I said “you guys don’t wash your hands?” he replies do you expect the girls to wash their hands between each thing? They just do the toast. This food is going straight in the trash. Then you wonder why you have COVID and Monekypox.
Been intending to visit this diner but my schedule did not permit until today. I wished I lived in Ellsworth so I could have breakfast there several times each week.Food: 5/5

They were understaffed but were churning. Short wait, speedy service and delicious crab eggs Benedict.
Way worth it!!! Awesome staff. Super busy and they still managed to do wonderful, including the cooks. Atmosphere was awesome. Food was delicious. Longer wait time, but that was no bother at aall. Would definitely go again.
Popular Gem hidden in a strip mall. Well worth the stop. The food is crazy good and filling. Fun, old-timey atmosphere. The staff is stellar. They excel at their job and are joyful. Ample parking. Cash Only.
Quintessential breakfast place. We aren't talking a five star fancy dining experience, we are talking 5 star local breakfast place. Food as you'd expect, prepared as you'd expect, served by waitresses who have the right experience and attitude.Food: 5/5
