I recommend Dr Kassis, she is a great family doctor. I had many health complications this year and she has referred me to different specialists. The clinic always do follow ups and are very friendly. My husband and I are very happy to have found this clinic!

Dr.Kassis is amazing! She is very caring and delightful, I was able to reach out to her and she was very quick to send me to the right places to get the right things done. Later on that evening Dr. Kassis called me to personally discuss my results because she knew that I was going to worry. I have never been to a doctor's office where the doctor has taken the time out of their busy schedule to reach out to their patients the same day to follow up via phone call. I would definitely recommend this place, they know how to take care of their patients.

Dr. Kassis is a very kind and competent physician. My one year old had his first major illness recently and Dr. Kassis was very concerned, requesting multiple follow-up appointments until she was satisfied that he was completely recovered. Honestly, she seemed as concerned about him as if she were a family member, and I really appreciate her compassion and care. The wait times can be a bit long, but the first hour of every day is reserved for walk-ins so I recommend going first thing in the morning to combat long wait times.

After: I am impressed that the Doctor called me at home after my appointment to check on me and to let me know they take their reviews very seriously and to apologize for my having to wait so long. Nice to know I’m being listened too. Today I had to take my son in and Dr Lorette asked how I was and was very gentle with my son. Thank you Dr Lorette and staff for showing you care. It’s hard to find a good clinic these days. Before: Despite the friendly staff, I’m quite disappointed with the Walk-in system. Expecting some to wait 2-3 hours just to get in a room is unacceptable. I was told to go home and come back because I may be contagious and when I got back my spot was given away and I had to wait an additional hour. Clinics with walk ins should have more than one dr and should limit the walk ins. Hope they hire more drs or I will have to find another clinic. 😩

Dr Kassis is a good doctor, knows her stuff. Clinic is clean and the receptionist not very good. Wait times are too much
