Story

Bronte Family Medical Clinic offers medical care to the whole family. We have a pediatrician and family doctors working in the clinic. All our family doctors have over 7 years experience.

We are open extended hours six days a week and conveniently located closer to Milton district Hospital & Lifelabs laboratory services on the same street.
We have an adjoining pharmacy and other specialty care doctors in the same building.

I am relatively new to Milton 2019 Aug. Soon after I became patient of Dr Y. Dworskyy. Since getting to know him and his staff Natalie, I have nothing but praise for their prompt, courteous, and caring services. This Dr. goes above and beyond his normal patient care duties and has helped me maintain my good health and counsels me as needed. He then follows up with me by phone where needed to ensure all is well. Natalie is just as helpful to set up appointments etc and calls back to answer any of my phone messages. A Great team at Bronte Family Medical Clinic indeed.
Dr. Sayanthan Sabanathan is an amazing, knowledgeable and patient doctor. I've been looking for a new family doctor for a while and I'm glad I found this clinic. Dr Sabanathan assessed my situation and actually spent the time to listen to me explain everything to him in depth and did not rush me out, we tried a treatment plan that did not seem to work so we're working on a new treatment plan. He took the time to explain the different drug families to me and gave me a chart to research the different Phamaceuticals and the effects they may have on me. After doing some research and obviously under this doctor's professional guidance and experience I finally feel confident for the first time in the direction my life is going and that I can actually get better.
Really disappointing. Very unorganized. The receptionist admitted that they have several different doctors on different "systems". Not sure why they can't just set up a joint calendar, something a child could do. I booked an appointment and it looks like they somehow "lost" it. Been waiting over an hour. Better off going somewhere else
I’ve been using this walk in clinic for well over a decade now and was lucky enough to get Dr Wong as my family doctor. She has been a life savour for me and an amazing doctor. The staff are always professional, courteous and friendly. Thank you for the wonderful service over the years! Highly recommend this clinic.
Dr. Dvorskyy is the best doctor, knowledgeable, attentive and very professional. The team is very accommodating, friendly and easy to deal with. Lowest waiting times in any doctors office I've ever been to. I highly recommend.
Really appreciate Dr. Dvorskyy and his staff. He really listens to my issues and he is funny, friendly, and very honest. When I have had some issues of more concern, he has never hesitated to provide me with a requisition for a specialist. He always explains his diagnosis clearly and provides me with different options to consider when moving forward. Also, the staff is incredibly warm and accommodating when I have had to miss an appointment. Very happy with my experiences and have recommended him to others.
Most ridiculous place... I have been patient with them past 2 years but extremely poor service. Myself and both daughters are patience but they refused to take my wife as patient. Hardly gives apt on time when we needed. I am done with them... already looking for good doctor and quality service. Not happy with Dr. Reem Alsabbagh - she need to understand meaning of yearly physical check up.... front end staff is newbie and does not even know how to register a new patient....
I would like to give 20 stars to Dr. Wong! The best, kindest Doctor I ever met. Dr. Wong your are the best! All reception staff is extremely rude, but recently there is a young sweet girl answering the phone, she is so nice, I wish I knew her name...
If I could rate 0 for this clinic, I would. I rarely do reviews but this one has the worst customer service ever. The old receptionist with blonde Short hair has an attitude. Not helpful at all. I had to bring my son to a walk in clinic. His health card was with my husband, who is couple of hour drive away, but I could not wait until he comes home from work because my son was having a hard time coughing and breathing. So, i got a picture to show. But she wouldn’t take us. She wants me to go get it from my husband, and blames me for not having it. I am willing to pay but I am not paying to get this rude service. I had to go to another clinic because I cannot deal with this kind of person. The other clinic took us with no problem, they just asked for a deposit that could be reimbursed once we showed them the health card. I would never go back to this clinic at all.
Dr P has been my family doctor since we moved to Campbellville 16 years ago. She is kind, understanding and very knowledgeable. She has helped my myself and my daughter through some rough patches and always has a smile when we walk in. The staff at this clinic are also helpful and friendly.
