Great lunch spot! Chicken salad on croissant has a very unique flavor with not a lot of mayo which I loved! BLT was loaded with bacon. Chargrilled burger was quickly devoured! Homemade chicken 'n dumplings was yummy! Quick service!
Amazing vegan beyond burgers and with the veggie platter with wild rice was awesome! And the hot peach schnapps and cider was amazing! Will definitely be back!
I love vegetables and this was a delight!! The homemade mac'n'cheese is spot on. Thank you Jesus for this treasure of a day made special.
I was pretty horrified the wait staff was not wearing masks. Some other families actually left because of the lack of mask wearing. I stayed to eat, not wanting to be rude. The red and green fried jalapenos were tasty but I would not go back.
My husband and I did an overnight trip to Galena, and we chose the Market House Restaurant for dinner. Wonderful food, great service, and had a delightful conversation with our server, Peggy. We will most definitely return there the next time we visit Galena.
