Great little sandwich salad and soup shop! We stopped for lunch. Would highly recommend it. Homemade soups and sauces that have all the flavor you’re looking for. Nice beer wine and cocktail selection as well.
We ordered takeout and food was ridiculously good for how cheap it was compared to other options in downtown Galena. I highly recommend getting the queso and chips. The person who helped us out was also very friendly. Definitely will come back when I'm in town again.
Tasty food and fun drinks! The staff is always friendly and inviting. Don't leave without trying the bread pudding- it's delicious
Loved this place! First time in and the service was great, food was delicious and the drinks were fun! We split the corn beef brisket and added the slaw on top. So yummy would go back for that again!
The food here is incredible. The seafood chowder is divine, the brisket is so delicious and tender, and the bread pudding is literally to die for.

We have been visiting Galena for years. This weekend we ate lunch from EMBE every day. The owners, and staff are always very welcoming. The food is wonderful!!
