Increasing poor selection of women's clothes, except for sportswear. No help offered on numerous occasions. When I was last there and I asked for help finding the right size for a winter coat all I was told was no chance- January is too late for options by three people standing behind the counter not helping anyone else- no one on the floor to offer assistance to the other 3 shoppers. I used to be a big fan of Marks but either this location is poorly staffed or the organization is struggling with inventory and identify. I'm stuck with a gift card so I will return to spend it then I won't be back. I did successfully purchase a winter coat at an American firm that wanted my business this time. I wrote to Marks to let them know of my experience directly but received no response.

This location has no selection for women's scrubs. There are also limited sizes and most of the sizes are large or extra-large. Good luck if you are a size extra small. The drive to the Mark's on Hyde Park is worth it. They have lots of selection, plenty of sizes and staff that actually acknowledge you. Wouldn't recommend coming her if you are in search of scrubs for work. Waste of time
