Absolutely phenomenal service from Nicole! I came into the store feeling discouraged as I had already visited several stores with absolutely no luck in finding something suitable for a corporate Christmas party. Nicole went out of her way to help me, bringing over several dresses for me to try. The dress I ultimately went with was one I had not noticed before, and had Nicole not found it, I likely wouldn't have made a purchase. She was super fun and upbeat! She deserves a raise! Thanks Nicole!
Online shopping Boxing day shopping winter clearance best ever! I made some purchases and bought a couple pair of leggings at Cleo! First time wearing them just in love with this purchase. I bought the long pair because I am very tall. Well let's talk comfort, nice and thick but omg they touch my shibooties! I never, almost never except at Cleo get pants or casual leggings that are so long. I'm so glad I bought them in a few colours. The other great thing about the fit other than the length is they dont ride up or slide down when you move or get out of your office chair or car! They stay put!!! No sliding and adjusting just all day comfort! Of course I got points for my purchases because I'm a "my connection" member, bonus!!! Wash, wear, comfort, great value price and points, Cleo does it all! Now you know why they are my favorite store. So you order, pick up in store. I pop in a fitting room quick, admire and with quick service I'm processed and off to enjoy my purchases! Easy peasy!! So happy!

My mum got two outfit for hear for half price
I purchased clothing at this store on my birthday. Somehow their machine has not functioned as it should. The cashier has asked me to swipe again. I did. Little do I know my account was debited twice. Colleen the manager tried to help when i went back but all she can do is send to head office. I called to.follow up and was told they will investigate. At the time the customer service was firm they only see one debited amount. I gave the 2 transaction numbers to prove I was debited twice. I got a voicemail i believe a the same day or day after saying they found out that I was infact charged twice. Over a month now my money is not back yet. I called customer service again with my case and the lady said she is not fully aware of it and will send an email to their audit department. This is the second time for this case. I called the store to ask for assistance. Colleen was helpful but she has no control over the case. She can only email. She suggested to just keep calling the customer service line. So I did again Oct 30 2019. I asked for a manager and was told she is in a meeting and will call back. No call from both follow ups. I hope I am the only one who is experiencing this. I feel like I am begging for my own money.
Love this store! Great experience, staff, and clothing
Ordinarily the service is slower than most places but today was beyond horrible. The 2 ladies were doing their best but in the afternoon on a Saturday when you're running a promo, there really needs to be more hours allocated to labour. 1 on cash and 1 on the floor trying to help everyone but there were at least 20+ customers and a long line up for cash. I was in the store for an hour and all for a couple scarves. I waited about 30 minutes to cash out - that's insane. Costco would be faster!! One lady in front of me who had an armful of clothing dumped it on the counter and left. Another behind me left her intended purchases and walked out. The sale on scarves was food today but I'd honestly rethink going .... It took much too long.
I'm super pleased with the customer service from Christine today, I bought a beautiful fall jacket and received some of the best care! It's so important to make your customers feel great about what they buy, amazing job guys.
Colleen called me liar, she said I don’t believe you when I told her the item I wanted to return is defected She kept saying I just washed it and wore it multiple times I kept repeating back it just arrived 6 days ago, how would I used it and washed it many times!! I just did one time when I saw it teared from the side The way how she talked to me is very humiliating and not acceptable Calling your customers liars is not what I expect As customer service I purchase from Cleo multiple times a month, if no one take this seriously, maybe it is the time to find another brand worth my time and money
