BUYER BEWARE! If you want to return a Justice gift card to the store, the store is unable to help. They instruct you to send the gift card by registered mail back to Ohio for a refund. I could not believe this. So for a $50 gift card if you pay for certified mail $10 to send it to Ohio you end up getting a refund of $40. The worst is that the store does not post any disclaimer to warn potential buyers that this is their process for the return of gift cards. I am sure that if they posted such a disclaimer, people would think 10 times before buying a gift card from them. And to top it all, the state of Ohio does not accept registered mail anymore so the next option is to send it with Express Post which costs 20$. This is a terrible customer experience!

I Usually have a great experience if not I always have an great time all the staff are nice and welcoming its always a great time
