If you live in Canada, I caution you to never buy from this retailer! They stand by terrible policies and are simply unable to employ "common sense" about dealing with customer service. It seems more likely that the trained robots or colleagues as you call them, at your call center are more apt at simply reading from a list of standardized responses! The company takes no responsibility for their errors and operates extremely immorally. Even though AERIE has access to the same amount of data in regards to shipping, the onus is placed entirely on the customer to track and ensure the safe arrival of the good one has already paid for?
