I often say, ‘He who says, “I’ll see you in court!” has probably never been to court.’ It’s a terrible place to be. You are putting your personal affairs in the hands of someone else to decide. The law is a funny thing – ‘winning’ doesn’t hinge on who’s right, or what’s just. It usually tips in the favour of whose case is better presented.
