I've dealt with this law firm for 30+ years and have always had very professional, thorough and friendly people work for me. They provide great insight and advice on complex issues based on their deep experience. I highly recommend the firm.

These lawyers can be vicious in court but they know what they are doing. Well worth the money for their tireless advocacy. Sure they don't respond as fast as some might hope but they do respond as soon as they can - especially if you present yourself as a client who cares.

This business never returns calls! I left a message through the contact on their page, then followed up a few days later with a call. Reception passed me through to a voicemail, I left a message...no returned call. I called again, explained that I was not getting any returned calls, reception put me through to yet another voicemail....still no reply and it's been 2 weeks. This professionalism tells me alot about how they might handle my case.if I were a client. Maybe I dodged a bullet

This is the most unprofessional and worst law firm I have ever dealt with. I'm so upset by the way I've been treated that I am taking it to the next level with a formal complaint to the Law Society of Upper Canada. And if I can, I will reach out to local media. I warn you DO NOT go to this firm.

This law firm discriminates against legal aid clients by ignoring client needs by not communicating with clients may also be dishonest about actual legal representation
