Great to work with! I used Grower Direct for my wedding in September and the flowers turned out even better than I imagined. We had a consultation, they gave me an estimate, and I picked up my flowers the day before my wedding. Communication was great and pricing was reasonable. I recommend Grower Direct and would use them again.
I can not speak for the customer service because this review is to do with the quality of a bouquet that I received as a gift. It was the most beautiful display of flowers I have ever received. It was delivered March 1st and I am still enjoying some of flowers today, March 21st!!!! 20 days out of 1 bouquet??!!! Amazing quality!!!!!!
We got our wedding flowers done by Growers Direct and we had a lovely experience. We sat down and were able to talk about exactly what we wanted. They had a large photo book to help with inspiration and decision making. When we picked up the bouquets and corsages they were just perfect and looked even better than we could have expected. Individual arrangements seem a bit pricey but their wedding packages were very fairly priced in my opinion.
Ordered a standard spring arrangement, $65 dollars and whatever the tax is. When I picked it up I was extremely disappointed. It was honestly the smallest bouquet of flowers and the small pink roses in it were turning brown. When I asked if they could make it look bigger they charged be an extra 15 dollars and stuck a couple more flowers in. I bought flowers from a different flower shop later that week for $50 and got double the size and much more fresh flowers. A regular size arrangement here was like $155 dollars. Will not be returning.
Growers did my small wedding in 2020 and was EXTREMELY helpful, thoughtful and professional throughout the pandemic and all the changes I had to make to our wedding because of restrictions. They were easy to contact and always quick to get back to me whenever I needed something. Their prices are super reasonable as well! Anytime I have gone into the store, I am greeted with big smiles and greetings every time. I will always recommend them to anyone needing flowers, and I will always go back! Thanks Growers!
Absolutely wonderful. They prepared the flowers same day, got it delivered, sent me a notification when it was done and the price was very reasonable. I would consider purchasing again in the future for sure!
I just got off of the phone with these wonderful wonderful people. We had low hopes that we could get an arrangement delivered last minute, but they went above and beyond, and made it happen for us. Not only that, but they specially designed exactly what we were looking for. We are blown away by the care that they took and the service they provided. Highly recommend.
We are in Ontario and ordered a flower arrangement for a 75 year old sister. The arrangement was $80 plus tax and delivery at a total $99. We were sent a picture of the arrangement received which was a disappointment given the $ paid.
Wonderful courteous and professional service. The planter is beautiful. The recipients were very happy. Thank you for following through the delivery process and for making this happen. Two thumbs up ********************
