I ordered my bf a truck with succulents for Valentine's day to be delivered to his office. They delivered something completely different without confirming with me! Spent over $80 and the perfect present and they didn't send what they advertise on their website. Called them and they advised they don't have succulents nor trucks so they made a substitution. When asked why they wouldn't have contacted me they said they were busy. They would not let me return it for a refund and charged me the full price. I would never recommend nor use them again! . Poor customer service and false advertising!!
