Love this movie cinema! Super clean and staff is incredibly friendly! Love the fact that they provide FREE family bingo every Wednesday at 6pm. Great prizes and the chance of winning $10,000 jackpot! I won some food certificates and movie tickets!
Ended up caughting good movie to finish our date night. It wasn't very crowded and the theater was very clean. Oh yeah, they have alcoholic beverages if that's your thing.
I love the theater. They have great food options and they keep the theater clean and the seats are soo comfortable. The only thing that can improve the experience is the staff. The cashier at the register wasn't verbal she just pretty much grunts at you. And the people at the concession stand wasn't attentive.
Lovely cinema but the young dark skin man behind the concessions had no customer service skills he was having a conversation with another employee while I’m trying to order I was so confused on who was taking my order because the young lady with the glasses was literally in mid conversation while taking my order, and continued as I was ordering. He gave me an unpleasant experience and energy, the Hispanic race young man was very helpful he noticed and stepped in to answer my questions although he was sweeping while those two were being unprofessional & unpleasant. I hope to come back with better customer service my next visit! Please & thank you!
Great experience until we got to the food. My elderly mom and I wanted to see a movie and eat. I ordered waited and waited some mo, had to change the movie time cause the food was taking so LONG!! Only to find out the order was NEVER put in!!! How did I pay, yall gave me a buzzer and the food side never got the order WOW!! I told the manager we still hungry he gave a refund and was like we out of tenders lol. So do I need to go get my mama some food and bring it Back.? It's amazing how hesitant the MANAGER was about resolving the issue. You think after the mix up he be quik to make it right for the customer. I'll be eating before I come or bringing my Own food!!
The movie theater was very nice and clean. The seats were clean. However, the food was lackluster. I highly recommend eating before you go. They do need to upgrade some of their products there.
Upscale theatre for a reasonable price. Dreamloungers were extremely comfortable and the whole establisment was clean. Great experience, especially for someone who usually doesn't fit well in theatre seats
We had rented out a theater for my daughter's 8th birthday. We had a really great time and the staff was very accomodating. We loved the idea so much, her grandmother wanted to do it again for someone else's birthday. Thank you so much!
Had lots of fun with all my kids. Love the reclining chairs. The theater was clean and the staff was friendly for the most part. Could use some better communication/ servicing skills.
