Facility – Excellent Concession stand Cleanliness – Very Clean Concession combo deals – Good deals Seat comforts - Excellent Price - Moderate Summary – they really did right with this place. It has a bar area with good food and the seats are extremely comfortable. I have no problem getting good seat in this location and if the price can be lower a little bit, it will be perfect.

Never had any issues here. Love the recliners. Has a lot of high school/college aged people so it’s a great place for people to get a first job experience but at the same time everyone does a great job

So this isn’t so much a complaint about the movie theatre itself but moreso the security dealing with the area of the movie theatre. I went on Saturday to watch Jumanji. The movie started at 9:45 pm which is after the mall is already closed. However the movie theatre is still open. As I was walking to the door entry Mall security locked the door, as I tried opening it and told me “Sorry malls closed”. Yeah okay I understand the malls closed however I’m trying g to go to the movies not the mall, and this was the only entrance for the movie theatre. Luckily I got in from people walking out however I just thought it was very rude for mall security to lock out people that have already paid for their tickets. I could tell not even half of the people that got tickets to see Jumanji didn’t get in Bc when I ordered my tickets the theatre was almost full when choosing my seating. I just think there needs to be some kind of different protocol for people going into the movies. What does it matter that the mall is closed, the stores are locked up anyway. This was just a horrible experience for me. Almost missing out on money to watch a movie (expensive tickets btw) bc of mall security.

Okay let me start by saying that this company "AMC" is pretty big. I go to many of their theaters and they are all pretty pricey. This one is the same thing but the staff is horrendous. I order the tickets online and wave the fees for online purchase by being a Stubbs member and that is completely fine. The rest of the AMC theaters I've gone to are great, staff is great, in theater experience is great. This specific theater's staff is disgusting. Two workers' pants are sagging, half of them are on their phones instead of working and cleaning. I was astonished to the severity of their laziness. I don't know if it was just this case but I will definitely be going to the AMC in Schaumburg from now on.
