What happened!!! This place was the best place to eat pizza in town!! Turn those ovens up or cook the pizza another few minutes.. you can’t even order a pizza well done… they will still send it too you raw..seems as the if you order around lunch time you get decent food but anytime after 3 and it’s going to be nasty. Do better Marcos!!

I swear this used to be the best pizza in town! Now they are more worried about goofing off/ flirting than actually working, cussing in front of customers..... ridiculous... Very immature persons working there dragging it down, make good pizza again!
I made multiple order from the fremont ohio store that either came undercooked or wrong. I was told that i would have a credit on my next order, and when i called about it to make an order, they played stupid and refused to honor it. Don't waste your money there. Beyond unsatisfied!! A hour late and we got 3 Under cooked, luke warm pizza that were never cut!! We had to call for over 25 minutes just for someone to answer the phone. When the manager answered the phone she was very rude, cut me off when talking, argued and never apologized. She said they are very short staffed and if I can do a better job to come apply. Are you kidding me!!! Since when does a manger talk to a customer that way!! We always use the app to order our pizza she said that was our fault for using the app, it gave the wrong wait time. I am completely appalled by Ingrid’s management skills, customer service and business skills. Beyond horrible experience!!!!
2nd best pizza in Fremont. A favorite because their pizza is awesome.Food: 5/5
Really like their pizzas . Got a Chicken Frezno , a Garden pizza, and some bread sticks. They were all good. Delivery was quicker than stated. All in all I have had a good experience any time I have ordered from them.

We have waited 3 hours now for a pizza and it's still not here. 45 minutes ago we called and we were told it would be here in 10 minutes. Do not order from this place.
If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an order. They said it would be about 45 minutes. It had been an hour and 15 mins. So I called to see what was going on. They said I never placed an order when I know for a fact I did. Ended up having to order from Pizza Hut and didn’t get to eat dinner till 8pm.
