Horrible service, employees openly chewing on food while serving tables, half the staff stopped working including the kitchen to watch a boxing match on tv. The pictures of the bathroom pretty much summarize the state of the business. And to the management- if you really want customers to tip for good service, try sending the lukewarm appetizer that was ordered 10 minutes before everything else out before the rest of the food instead of 10 minutes after, and maybe pass along to the team that an apology might be needed instead of acting like nothing was wrong. Pretty sure that’s how it’s supposed to work. One more thing- before you hit me with the canned “So sorry, go fill out the form on our website”, don’t worry, already did!
We went to Buffalo Wild Wings for a late lunch on a Saturday and the place was about 1/3rd full. The service was remarkably slow to the point of absolute annoyance. I give 3 stars because the wings were good. As for the look of the place. Well on the inside it was ok. Lots of TV's which is a plus but the restrooms were a bit dirty. Good wings is really not enough to bring me back when the experience is not there.
Save your time and money and don’t even waste a second stepping foot into this complex. Not even worthy of being called a restaurant by any stretch of the definition. If I could rate negative stars I would but google only allows one star. To start off, I had to wait close to 15 minutes to be seated, and I was only a party of 1. The worker and servers could seem to care less about who was waiting at the front and several people behind me had even left because they got tired of waiting. Eventually I chose to sit at the bar, the bartender took about 10 minutes to take my order, I ordered a strawberry lemonade which was pretty good. Eventually after 10 mins the bartender took my food order but then came back 10 mins later to take my food order again because he forgot what I ordered. This time he took my order on a piece of paper towel so that he wouldn’t forget, I couldn’t make this up. The food took over 45 minutes to get made and eventually the wings showed, I wanted to note that I ordered 15 boneless wings but what showed up were traditional wings, but considering how hungry I was at this point I didn’t have the energy to complain. The wings were decent, not much to expect from wings. I was so fed up with the environment that I only ate a couple wings and took the wings to-go. All the servers and bartenders were taking most of their time chatting amongst themselves and seemed like they couldn’t careless. I think if corporate at Buffalo Wild Wings knew about this branch, they would’ve fired every individual at this place and start fresh, this place is in desperate need of that.
Horrible experience. Only one person to serve. The management really needs to get more staff. Would like to thank the server for his hard work. But too many customers and no staff. Food was great though.
I stopped by after Christmas shopping for a quick beer. It was the Friday before Christmas. I was surprised to only see a few tables seated in the dining room. I sat at the bar to enjoy a large Mango Carte. B Dubs does this better than most. Super cold and crisp. Rarely does it disappoint!
I got good experience on this place because the waiter was very nice! Other buffalo wings like saratoga is terrible but in this one I have a lucky because a really nice guy served us. And we loved because we got double order for free, some day promotion. Also the beer price was amazing. Update: Just got here 08/28/22 and terrible service. They will break soon. Nobody here and even that super hiper bad waiter and manage helping us. Sunday 8pm and just three tables occupied. Nobody want horrible services.
I went with my friend on Friday night just to have good food n have great time but what a disappointment service was super slow & the server didn't even remembered out order. We ordered Pinapple Mojito & Long Island Tea to drink & it took 10-15 mins to arrive. Onion rings were good, not like other places. Our server got wrong order placed to our table & totally forgot what we ordered despite she noted down everything. A big disappointment. We ordered for wings & it took forever. We were hungry & thought wings will not take that much time but it reached our table after 30-45mins. Servers were apologizing but it's of no help to hungry souls. They waved wings amount from our bill, that's the only good thing happened but we're not hesitant to pay for good food n service. Will never going back. Avoid to visit this place if you are really hungry & expecting some good food & service.
Came in for quick bite for lunch at 11:30, bartender was extremely nice and quick to take orders from my coworker and I. We had our food and drinks and had consumed then in less than half an hour, perfect timing. The double turned triple cheeseburger is delicious, the fixings were crisp and fresh. The fries, however, lack any sort of real flavor. Good price for a lunch special. The tater tots where phenomenal, but with a high price tag for an appetizer, will skip next time.
I do not ever do this but I wish to make this place famous for how absolutely terrible of an establishment it truly is. At best, a money laundering front where no one cares about actual customer satisfaction. At middle, halfway house where people are truly doing their best with the little resources available. At worst, all of it combined. We waited at the front as all the employees huddled together by the bar and looked on. We were told to wait while the table was being cleaned… they did not clean it. Scattering crumbs all over the floor and leaving behind specks and hair on the “wiped-down table” the young man who helped us was kind and honestly the only proactive individual on the floor this evening as I watched him try to keep up with busing and serving all alone for the most part. He brought our food out after around 25 minutes, expressed he had to “find” some silverware. Later came back and said: “I have to wash some more” then later came back with two forks that he said he stole from the bartender. One of which was visibly dirty. He laid down a single straw for all of us to share I suppose. At time of check out, we looked on and he had mistakenly charged us too much. We ran the numbers and he had added $20 worth of items we did not order….it may have been an honest mistake but I hold my reserved belief about it. I can truly say this is the last time I will set foot at Buffalo Wild Wings ever again. Shame. The manager’s name and phone number are on the front door. She will be hearing from me. One star. Free advice: restructure or hire for part time host-buss positions, and also a full-time dish washer-auxiliary cook. Also give everyone a pay bump to meet the market. Shave the pay cut from the top. You could use the pay cut as an owner, you should be ashamed of your establishment give your employees incentive to go above/work the market to hire new talent You stole my money today. Have the day you deserve.
Had a great time at this location! The only issue I had here was the server for our seating area. We had sat down and the server never came to us to take our order. She would come around to others and then would be gone for many minutes at a time. As we waited and began to appear visibly irritated with our almost 10 minute wait, the guests beside us noticed and mentioned that they're not sure what was going on but it took them quite some time for someone to take their order as well. After waiting over 10 minutes my wife got up and had to get the servers attention so that we would eat. After that service was great, the atmosphere was great, they had all the games on, looking forward to going back. For now. Edit: this is the experience I had a few months ago, I am writing this late because it just showed up my Google reviews asking me about this location. Either way it seems many others have had the same experience around the same time and further back.
