Ordered pizza online. Said would be ready in 30 minutes. Arrived 30 minutes later. Pizza not done. Waited 20 more minutes. Chinchy on the toppings. If we want a cheese pizza would have ordered one. Previous experience with Papa Murphy's in another town in another state was always good everything measured out. Dark dingy store. Won't be back.
I walked into the Fremont store at 5:13pm and ordered 4 pizzas. There was one young kid that took my order and was making pizzas. There were 2 people ahead of me that had ordered. Another young kid was back in the kitchen washing dishes. The kid out front could not keep up with taking orders and making pizzas. I did not leave with my pizzas until 5:50pm. I had to ask the employee to get a new pair of gloves because he never took them off after using the register. He just went back to making pizzas. People that had come into the store after and ordered received their pizzas before me. On line orders were made before mine. The young boy in the back finally came out and started helping. He could really move. I believe the other young boy was new. One of the pizzas I ordered was chicken, bacon artichoke. Guess what?? When I got home there was no chicken on the pizza. Where was management?? I don’t really blame the 2 young kids and I was not rude to either of them but it is unacceptable to wait 37 minutes for 4 pizzas. I never complain outwardly, I just will never go back.
Papa Murphy's is a great go to for impromptu gatherings or those nights when cooking just seems too much. We had friends over for cards and laughs, and I picked up a stuffed pizza and Thai chicken pizza. Both were a hit and delicious. Try the Thai pizza for a surprising change.Food: 5/5
I've never had a bad pizza from Papa Murphys. The name says all. You bake it at home. Always hot when your ready eat.Food: 5/5
Got two pizzas tonight. One 5 dollar pepperoni for their Friday deal and one Mediterranean pizza that they forgot to put chicken on. Both tasted good but wish they didn't forget toppings. Check them before you leave I guess.

The pizza was OK but the location needs to do something to make it look less shady. The building complex it is in is half shut down and looks really really dirty and if you are not from there it’s kind of hard to tell where it’s even at if you don’t have a GPS, laundromats are cleaner and easier to find. But the service was fast the people were nice I will go again.
Papa Murphys in every town I've ordered has had consistent quality of goods. But customer service varies immensely and affects my desire to patronize. The last 3 times I frequented the Fremont papa Murphys day shift, I was kindly greeted by a lone employee who was happy to serve regardless of being understaffed. I'm embarrassed I didn't ask for his name but he was a joy and went above and beyond to make me enjoy ordering and waiting for pizza at your franchise. The man deserves a raise.
Not sure why I've been there five times in the last couple months and they never put pepperoni on a pepperoni pizza. I always have to take the pizza back in and have them put it on..
Very good pizza I only get it on limited occasions because the local Pappa Murphys closed I like the stuffed pizza but it is very filling so I try to limit what I get but buying the new crustless pizza Vegetarian options: They do have vegetarian options. Kid-friendliness: They custom make the pizzas in front of you and the kids might enjoy seeing each ingredient added. Parking: Nice parking close to door Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap ramp straight into building Dietary restrictions: That have a really good Keto pizza called Crustless very good for a simple meal.
