The owner is Bulgarian. He always gives me something free whenever I go to his shop. It's a nice place with a easy service and very truely a friendly neighbourhood shop.

Ordered from them may times. only once they forgot 1 item. Nice people good service. I live in St.Lambert so it does take some time so be patient. Just like ordering a pizza. The beautiful lady who delivers is nice too.

The owner's been in the same commercial building since 1994. I don't know when he started accepting deliveries, but it's touch and go when his stocks are empty on specific products. There's only so much you can fit in that size locale. No qualms with his service, or the delivery men/women. I also realized recently that the owner is always there, pulling double shifts, 7 days a week. At his age, I tip my hat to the fellow! I don't have the foggiest idea where his boundless energy comes from. That all being said: Anyone who can't wait for the delivery, you might as well go get it yourself, no?

Great dep they have a lot of products to offer and the service is always friendly and courteous. Once in a while delivery time is long and I wish they would give a heads up

unfortunately both times i ordered from this store they made a mistake in the order... wrong product in both cases...in one occasion I was told I would receive a certain brand name product and was sent another ex: kitkat vs dollar store brand...it took over an hour to receive my order...I was told I would be called back with the price of the order...never received a call back to advise...I even called back 30 minutes after placing my order and nobody picked up...I finally called back to advise I wasn't satisfied and was not happy to receive the wrong product to be told it was as good as the brand name if not better... and when I advised I would no longer order there the person over the phone said that it was fine that I didn't order there anymore... this is unfortunately the impression I was left with by ordering at this depanneur
