Marble Slab Creamery

The store is fairly new, so I had high hopes, but the ice cream I got was disappointing. I understand that businesses need to save costs to stay afloat, but the single scoop was on the smaller side, and there weren't many toppings. I'm fully aware that there's usually a gap between expectations vs. reality when you look at in-store photos, but what was advertised as an explosion of cookies/cookie dough was REALLY misleading. The guy working there also barely mixed the ice cream on the slab; at other stores, they take the time to load the toppings and really mix them together, but this was not the case here. I could understand if it was busy and the goal was to get to other customers quickly, but the store was completely empty. A little effort or more enthusiastic service would have gone a long way. Not worth $8 for a poorly made ice cream concoction. You're better off going to McDonald's in the same plaza or hitting up another ice cream chain like Baskin Robbins or Dairy Queen.

We came here to celebrate Valentine's day and had the double chocolate ice cream. It was good, I won't say I found anything special, currently they have unlimited toppings and you can try their various offerings so that was great. Pricing was decent and the customer service was good. Please like my review if you find it helpful.

Lovely little shop with its own entrance so you don't have to go through the mall. The service is always excellent and we love dropping by for a special treat and trying out new flavour combinations! They also carry premixed pints, cakes, and ice cream sandwiches that all look amazing!

I love marble slab ice cream, every time I travelled especially the US i would go to the first marble slab I see. Yesterday was the worse ice cream I ever had at marble slab!! The attendant didn’t even mash up the toppings properly, when told him he said that’s not how it’s done as the ice cream was melting on the slab when he just mold in together . Very disappointing!!

Amazing taste, much better taste than many other brand name ice creams. I luv the chocolate flavor, apple is interesting as well...it's perfect taste and texture. We go there frequently with kids... TIP: I like mine without smashing it on marble. Makes it melt quicker!

Love the ice cream flavours

Went with my 10 year old & My mom on Ice Cream Day as my daughter had an offer for a free cone. Older man working here was very rude. I'm guessing he was the owner/ manager. He kept repeating that only 1 free cone per family. All 3 of us had already stated that only my daughter had the offer. Don't think we will ever go back to this location again. We live only 5 minutes away from the store. We will go to another location if we ever go back to Marble Slab. Very very disappointed. The younger employee was ok.

The place was great, service was nice. It would be nice if they had more lactose free options that taste good. The flavour i got was vegan coconut. Not the greatest.

Ordered custom ice cream cake but due to logistics issue, store did not had the ingredients. Staff was able to accomodate and mix flavors and toppings to our liking. Cake turn out great and impressed with the customer service. Was offered a discount as well.!!

I was disappointed with my last visit at this location Parkway mall. It seems to be going downhill in terms of quality. My 'single' scoop was barely a scoop of ice cream. The thing was melting away and they gave it to me anyways. Also, on my way home I noticed that what I believe to be the cone had a stinky smell to it. Like a very fishy smell. It was disgusting. I had to throw it out. What a waste of $6.99. I'm not coming back. I will go to the Markham location next time, better quality.
