The sales lady even though she was black she was only smiling at my white husband and giving me a straight face I’m usually friendly but she got me thinking Products otherwise excellent

DO NOT BUY the chocolates behind the glass window You can pick and choose these. I stopped by with my husband a few days ago and purchased some....But the majority of them were stale! Cream fillings were solid. Crunchy fillings were soft. Yuck!!!!

Employees do not honour the loyalty program and make their own rules about giving stamps on the buy 6 get one free cards. I work near STC since many years and often buy ice cream here, and still the new employee was arguing with me on what qualifies for a stamp on the loyalty card.

Awful service today around 6:30pm Jan. 27 - asked for a small spoon if ice cream for the baby; we had just bought two cones an hour ago. Ridiculous.

I stood there with my family for 5 minutes waiting for the lady behind the counter to take our order. No other customers were there. She looked at us and just continued to stuff chocolates in a box. No really sure how obvious I can be as we were standing in front of the ice cream staring at her. We waited a few more minutes after that and just left. Maybe I should of called her over but why should I have to, clearly she didn't want to help anyone today.

The customer service here is awful. I've been here twice in the past month and both experiences sucked. The first tike the cashier was extremely unfriendly and made me feel like I was bothering her. The second time, a different cashier spoke to me very condescendingly, and couldn't seem to make up her mind about how much money i should give her. I gave her a 20 for a 14 and change purchase, and she asked me if 8 had ten more cents. I gave her the ten cents, then she changed her mind and asked if i had 25 more cents. I gave it to her. Then she looked at me confused and said I only gave her 35 cents. I told her no, I gave her a 20 bill. The whole interaction was very confusing. No apology either. She either doesn't know how to communicate, or doesn't know how to do math. Either way, I won't be coming back.

I'm very disappointed with the customer service. They over charged and under scooped. Every week I go here with my family and have never paid over $10 for 2 cups. It seems they have given kid scoops and charged me for the regular scoop.. We won't be coming back.

I usually go the markville Laura secord but I ended up at this one today terrible service this is what a double scoop looks like at this laura secord definitely dont reccomend this branch I always go and this isnt what it usually looks like this picture was my wife's own mine was worst though

Yummy icecream. Glad they brought back the French crisp flavour although it does taste much sweeter now, they had replaced it with some maple tasting icecream with the same name. Also love that they brought back the chocolate toppers they had removed in between. I guess they had to in order to compete with all the other icecream stores in the malls now. Best part is the introduction of their deals every day of the week.
