Went for the first time to the new location this past Thursday. Was interested to find out that the original location was in the Beaches area. The atmosphere is very nice here and the staff is very friendly and they do allow you to sample the flavors. I had the smores flavor and it tasted like it came from a local dairy. The cones were really interesting too.
The ice cream flavours were very good and it was nice to try the flavoured waffle cones too. The prices may be high for some. Got two orders with 2 scoops of ice cream in the special cone. Came to $22. So $11 per person. Staff there were very nice and answered all my questions. Best part is they change flavours daily so there will be something new to try every time.
This place is great! The sorbets were so smooth and refreshing. I had the avocado lime and the mango sticky rice. Their flavours rotate daily and they have a decent amount of vegan options the sorbets. The establishment is very clean and bright and the owners are super friendly. Will definitely be going back to try the other flavours!
Came here after dinner with friends and we all loved our cones and scoops I chose the blueberry lavender ice cream in a matcha cone and it was delicious!!! The blondie bars are soooooooo good as well, pro tip: blondie bar WITH ice cream is the most elite combination ever highly recommend. I sampled the coconut mango sticky rice flavour and my mind was BLOWN- it tastes just like the beloved Thai dessert. Hope to come back some day :
Had to try this ice cream shop out and I was not disappointed. Unless your bold, one scoop is enough and the red velvet cone is delicious, service is great, they have a wide variety of ice cream flavors as well as sorbet, hot drinks, cold drinks etc….and don’t forget you can sample before you buy…
Great ice cream and drinks but customer service is slacking. They’ve consistently messed up 2 orders, yesterday received cookies and cream instead of s’mores and were a little rude when I asked if I could bring my dog in. Since dogs were allowed at the previous location, I thought I would ask. Overall the place needs a vibe check. Workers are a generally friendly but little aloof and could be a little warmer towards customers. UPDATE: just got a few lattes for family staying over and per the photo, they were super dark and bitter. Tasted like a regular brewed coffee and my mother in law dumped hers out in the sink. Stick with the ice cream folks!!
This is a terrific spot to go to for ice cream! My bestie and I got chocolate fudge brownie and cookies & cream on a waffle cone. This place has several other flavours that you can try before making a final decision! They also have coffee, milkshakes and other baked goods available to purchase if you don’t want ice cream. Overall, this a very cute spot to relax and enjoy : Very clean, aesthetically pleasing, and pink! I can’t wait to go back and support local shops like this one! I am so glad this neighbourhood got their own ice cream shop, this was very much needed!
Best spot for ice cream in the city! The flavours are always rotating, making it fun to come here regularly so that you can try different creations. They’ve also got espresso and other coffees which make for a perfect pairing. Prices are very reasonable, considering the fact that everything is made-from-scratch and the flavours are so unique. Highly recommend the White Chocolate Lemon in a Covonut Waffle Cone!
I was excited to try this place after driving by it so many times at the old location but never finding parking... now it's even closer to me, so that seemed like a good omen! Too bad it was nothing special. None of the flavours were creative or interesting like I've come to expect from other indie ice-cream shops. The most interesting was the mango? Or coconut? sticky rice but it didn't taste like that at all. I honestly can't remember the fruit that was paired with the sticky rice which you can't taste at all, that's how unremarkable it was. Maybe I was spoiled by Wong's Asian flavours when that still existed. The other 3 flavours I tried were okay chocolate fudge, smores, caramel. Again, nothing outstanding or "Wow!". It was all flavours I could find at any decent Loblaws. It's also super hard when scooped from their freezer but melts incredibly fast. It wasn't even warm out. Strange. Lots of parking but when that is the highlight ...meh. Really too bad. I hope it does well because independent businesses are important but they've got work to do with the flavours to compete with Ed's, Kekou, etc.
Delicious rotating ice cream flavours. Fun and unusual flavour combinations. Creative and colourful cone options, makes this bright and welcoming ice cream shop our go to ice cream shop in Scarborough. I highly recommend the key lime pie flavour when available. Maybe the best ice cream flavour I’ve had.
