Marble Slab Creamery

I went to the Marble Slab Creamery yesterday to buy a Chocolate Ice Cream. My kid absolutely loved it but after eating half of the ice cream she was full. Overall a good ice cream collection and friendly staff.

Delicious ice cream!!! Went for a date at a pub then grabbed a small ice cream cup. It cost us just under $16 for two, a bit expensive but definitely flavourful! First time I have ever been to a marble slab, we’ll be back!

Anna at the University of Waterloo location is amazing!!! She offered her honest and credible opinions about the ice cream choices I was debating between. She also kindly allowed me to taste them despite it making her job harder. She also offered to mix 2 ice cream flavors into 1 when I was struggling with my choices. She went above and beyond and made this an amazing customer service experience!

Love the manager. I didn’t went for icecream I call them to get help for my marble slab in Cambridge to get favours in case we need. But the staff make it best. Its the busiest location. And no doubt icecream is the best ever on earth. Fresh and handmade

We go here at least once every week as we love the ice cream, yesterday my partner was here and he says he never wants to go again. The employee who served yesterday was too disrespectful and behaved as if he was causing her inconvenience by buying an ice cream. While being very nice to some other customer. It was as though she was being discriminating towards my partner. We don’t tolerate this behaviour, never going here again!!!!

Great service at the Universities plaza location. Our server Madelina was awesome! She was super friendly and gave great customer service. Place needs more vegan/non dairy ice cream flavors.

do not get the blue raspberry good by itself with the cake, snowflakes, and gummy worms very hard. honestly 0/10 worst 8 bucks i’ve spent in a minute

Harsh suggested me some really good ice creams. He was humble, polite and had a smile on his face. People like these make the experience even more better. Thank you Marble Slab Team.

Loved the ice creams we got for the wealthsimple promo. The flavour was okay just sweetness all over. Wish the toppings/flavours were listed on their site.

more on the expensive side for icecream but nonetheless very tasty. would recommend the mango flavor with nerds mixed in !
