Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream

We ordered a Birthday cake for our Daughter. We expected a slight variation from photo to cake but what we received was just awful!! The writing was all over the place with thin spots, thick spots and hard to read. The lines were not clean on the side at all and parts didn't even go all the way around the cake. Also was to be a half cake half ice cream but got an all ice cream cake! When asked for a refund we were told we can have an ice cream cone or a $10 giftcard.

After losing my husband to a long difficult battle with diabetes, I decided it was time to move on from my previous life and introduce sweet creme back into my small but very articulate palate. I ordered two scoops of chocolate caramel swirl on a waffle cone. What did I actually get? Exactly what I asked for. Wonderful staff and a very sanitary facility. On the anniversary of my husbands death I always come here and talk with the young server, Trevor, I think his name is. He’s shaped like a capital Y and has the best scooper in town. Take me to flavour town Trevor!

We came to get ice cream today, and we were overcharged. We asked for a double scoop in a waffle and he gave us a triple scoop, we asked for a single and he gave us a double. When the cashier was punching in the total after what I told her we ordered, he just came over and added a bunch more to the bill. The total for 3 people came to $26. When I asked for the receipt, it was not what we asked. Dishonest service. We will never go there again. I recommend always checking your receipt.

I went in for an ice cream cake and turned out super beautiful and exactly what I wanted!! The customer service was amazing and they are super helpful and friendly with all the cake questions I had! Would recommend to anyone wanting a custom ice cream cake!!

The staff are friendly and the environment is clean. The ice cream is a great treat as well.

I ordered a cake for my son's birthday to be picked up today at 11 am. No one was at the store to open, no one would answer the phone and no one will respond to my emails. I already paid and just had to reorder it from the highland location. Almost 10 hours later and still have not heard from the store for an apology or to get my refund. So frustrating.

I would've given 1 star if they didn't replace my milkshake and give me a refund when my cup had a hole in it. That's right, they did both to keep me as a customer. So they deserve the 5 stars. Mistakes do happen. Love the smell of all the yummy desserts inside of this store.

Ice cream was good but the staff didn't checked the amount and i got wrongly charged with someone else's bill. I would say check the amount before payment and ask for receipt and verify details. They have agreed and wrote a proof of this but after debating on it. Also they haven't paid and told me to verify my account and then get back to them its very unpleasant experience.
