Marble and Granite Tech Inc. is one of the largest manufacturers of granite countertops in Illinois as well as a fabricator of marble, travertine, soap stone, limestone and quartz countertops. We offer renovations for both homes and businesses.

Our Barrington location houses our warehouse and fabrication facility along with an extensive showroom.

MGT did a great job with our counters! We had slabs that came in damaged and they were immediately on top of the supplier to find us new pieces. Frank worked magic as one slab we found was perfect but size did not allow for any wiggle room. We are very pleased with how they all turned out. They responded quickly when we had questions and have been extremely helpful with this project. I would recommend them and use them again in the future. Thank you MGT!

We had a great experience here. We ware looking for a smaller piece of marble for a half bath. They explained the process to is I keep checking back online to find the piece I was looking for and when I spoke with them they told me they were cutting some of the color I was looking for justj the next month. They called to measure and schedule timely and they cuts for the sink and faucet I had licked were all perfect. I would return.

If you do are not up to their standards then they opt not to be involved which is decided in the first 5 minutes of greeting you. Bad experience happy it only lasted 5 minutes. Thank you.

Seriously over priced, the guy said the reason they are so over price the guy working there said that someone has to pay thier workman's comp and their insurance. Shop around people there are better prices and you won't be paying for the companies workman's comp or union fee's.

UNDERSTAFFED! As a local business owner I can tell you that they have some problems. They are understaffed. When we came in this weekend early afternoon, we waited a half hour to be helped. When we finally spoke to a sales assistant they suggested we schedule our visits on weekdays and call ahead - to ensure we speak to the right staff! - Why wasn't this communicated in the first telephone call or email? After a brief conversation with the sales assistant we were put on a computer to look at their inventory (which we could have done from home), only to find out that all the pieces we were interested in were "on hold". We had questions, but our sales assistant disappeared to the back of the shop with people that came in after us. We waited 15-20 min. for our sales assistant to come back, but never showed up. We ended up just leaving. What a waste of time!
