Stephen installed a backsplash in our kitchen. He spent a lot of time creating a drawing of our design and suggesting various patterns. He installed the tile personally. His customer service was OUTSTANDING when we had a small flaw in the tile. He addressed the problem immediately. It was a great experience!

Stay far away from this company. Very inexperienced people doing detailed work they were never capable of doing. Took months when should have taken a few weeks at best. Very messy. Caused water damage in my home. Refused to finish the job well and we had to hire someone else to finish. Run away from these people.

Very happy with the experience at Briddick. I needed the backsplash quickly and they personally drove it out to my house on a Thursday Night to get it to me. Plus, he threw in a bag of the bonding agent, which was a big help. Two thumbs up from me.

I really enjoyed my experience here. Friendly staff and the showroom was nice with an modern, rustic feel. Great tile selection.

Stephen and his crew did an excellent job replacing an existing wood floor with ceramic tile. Work was done on budget and done promptly. I will use them again should the need arise.
