terrible neighbors with atrocious philosophy. buy up massive amounts of property to turn into farmland, start bidding wars, and trespass on the properties of neighbors. god forbid you come within 50 feet of their property, as they have watch towers and will aggressively ask you to leave, despite being on public roads.
