Aziz came on the day he said he would and serviced our heater and AccuClean system. He was courteous, efficient and really pleasant to deal with. After purchasing a new house with a central A/C unit earlier in the year, we discovered a leak coming from the air handler which was leaking through the attic floor into the bedroom. Unfortunately the A/C unit in the attic was difficult to fix due to the attic trusses blocking access. After calling Aziz and Essi at Maple Furnace, they came out to inspect the problem and helped to figure out the solution. Aziz and Essi were totally transparent with the issue, the fix, and pricing and were extremely helpful getting the A/C unit done properly. This included re-doing the A/C drainage system, replacing the coils, and installing a secondary drain pan. It is clear that Aziz and Essi take a lot of pride in their workmanship and could be trusted to do things the correct and proper way. I completely trust Maple Furnace and would not hesitate to call them back again for any heating/cooling needs. Aziz and Essi are trustworthy stand-up people with integrity. Over the years Maple Furnace has helped us through some cold winters by fixing our furnace and boiler issues. Essi usually is the first point of contact, he’s very responsive even on the Saturday I called and came out to do an initial diagnosis that same day. Essi is friendly, professional, and upfront about each job. A few weeks ago Essi and his partners at Maple Furnace did a very thorough job to replace a broken pump and other maintenances at a short notice, and I’m so thankful to have heat in the house again! They are easy to work with, fairly priced, and just an honest business. Overall I’m very happy with their services, highly recommend them to all home owners!
