Matt Hyatt is the founder, project manager and head carpenter for Avalanche Custom Woodworks.
In 2006 he began his joinery apprenticeship, receiving his Red Seal ticket in 2010. He spent many years working at a high end millwork and furniture company before switching over to an award winning west side new home construction and renovation company. In this position he works as a Finish Carpenter installing their cabinets, millwork, hardware, mouldings and much more. He has been running Avalanche since 2012.
