Big KUDOS to Kian and family! This was our 1st visit here due to flooding services in our home. Kian was so helpful, professional and kind, delivering A1 customer service from the moment I called to inquire about his services and from the moment we walked through the door. Such a clean, well organized establishment with reasonable rates. I would much rather spend my time here, rather than any doctors or dentists office as there is much to keep you busy and occupied!

Today I tried Maple Laundromat for the first time as I had a flood in my basement and as a result my washing machine was damaged from the high water. I was devastated and had to lots of laundry. When I arrived the young man who was working there gladly offered to help me carry my laundry during the pouring rain. He showed me how to use the machines and I was impressed with their level of service. The place is very clean and organized. I will keep coming back and even when I get a new washing machine I will continue to come back to wash my duvets. Thanks for your helpful and friendly service.

Very nice and clean space. Clean bathrooms and machines. Friendly staff as always. I come here to wash my blankets and big comforters that my machine won’t handle. And it’s always good results.

I don't live nearby, but I don't mind driving there to do my laundry. Very clean, bright, stocked with well maintained machines and pleasant and professional staff. Lots of different sized washers and dryers to match the machine to the size of your laundry load. Plenty of parking if you drive in. Starbucks across the parking lot if you want a nice coffee while you do your laundry.

This place is amazing! Always treated with kindness and respect and the owners go above and beyond to ensure their service is excellent. Highly recommend it to anyone!
