Condo was in acceptable shape, and comes with more than the amenities than can be expected for the very affordable price. Quiet, and respectful camp area. Very safe for families, as there is a strict 5 mph speed limit on the site.

New owners have been making some needed improvements and are friendly. Nothing special here but it is a tolerable overnight stop. Long pull thrus available, easy in and out. Close to highway tho means lots of traffic noise. Sites need some grading to make them level. No privacy. Biggest beef however is Passport America indicates a one night stay with no limits for discounted rate,  but when we arrived on a Sunday we were told PPA not accepted on "weekends". Since when is Sunday evening considered a weekend night in the camping world?  Why were the promoted PPA policies not offered? Due to that deception we will not be back and suggest you seek other options. At PPA rate this is an acceptable stop, but otherwise no way this place is worth $40 per night.

Basic camping nothing special. Good pull off park as it is immediately accessed from interstate. Nice managers
