Thought it was going to be a great experience when the receptionist was able to squeeze me in at the last minute.. the doctor saw me for a watering eye problem for over a week it had been happening and I was at a loss because I didn't know what was happening.. he told me I was fine and it was probably because of the wind, and that he rudely pointed out it hadn't been watering in the two minutes I had been sitting there.. yes thank you mr. Obvious.. also yes my eyes are watering because of the wind even when I'm inside! Wonderful! So rude, detached, and made me feel stupid for going in. By the way doc, the drops you gave me haven't done anything yet. Thanks anyway 👎🏻

I have been going to MGVC for over 10 years. I have been very pleased with the services I receive. They always run on schedule and I have never waited more than a couple minutes to be seen. The staff was more than willing to help me select glasses, etc... I would highly recommend MGVC.

The entire staff are so helpful and do an outstanding job and service for their customers!!

The staff is rude. They make you feel like you are a bother.

This business has a very rude staff. They often opened late when I was waiting to pick up my glasses before work. They didn't keep their posted hours which you would learn when you arrived. When you walk in the door, if the staff are having a personal conversation between themselves, they will ignore you until the conversation is completed. An order for a pair of glasses came back with the wrong lenses. They didn't call when my son's glasses were late due to a problem at the lab or later when they were ready - one pair of glasses took almost 4 weeks from order to arrival and they blamed the lab for all of the problems. Just a simple apology would have helped, but like many places now, they don't want to take responsibility. We have since taken our family business elsewhere.
