I connected with this company initially, because I thought I had to get some custom linen sheets made for a small bed...turns out I may not need them, but it gave me an excuse to go to their store.. :.. The amount of choices, and the quality... of the linens and everything else, far surpass anything I've seen at any other high end merchandiser! As well, you can definitely learn alot because of the posters/pictures all around the store, and the helpful staff!

I want to recommend this business to anyone who wants fine linens. The online service is easy to use, the personnel who actually answer the phones are gracious and courteous. A special shout out to Susan Conquest who makes the process so easy. The sheets and duvet covers I have purchased are just as advertised. And to top it off the shipping is so quick. Thanks to all the staff at Au Lit.

Bought a duvet and wife had an allergic reaction. I emailed the store and they offered a refund by email. Asked to bring the duvet in. When I arrived, a refund wasn’t available immediately and instead was denied at first despite an email inviting me back for a refund. Not cool. Buyer beware.

The order form on their website had me clearly enter shipping details. The confirmation email clearly stated "Shipping address". Then I get an email a day later that "my order is ready for pickup in their store". Apparently my order did not meet free shipping threshold. Then fix your website, and don't have it accept shipping details and confirm shipping address, and 100% lead customers to believe the order is being shipped.....only to not ship it. Sketchy website for sure. If store pickup is accidentally selected.....then don't send an email that clearly states a shipping address. The whole point of the confirmation email is to confirm the details of the order, and the confirmation email clearly indicated a shipping address as my home. Update: My Bamboo / cotton blend sheets arrived. The were described as being "extremely soft'. These sheets are not soft at all. Not sort of soft, not kinda soft, definitely not 'extremely' soft. Very disappointed. My $50 Amazon sheets are better.

Amazing service! I am blown away! I ordered a couple of things on Saturday afternoon, I was a bit short from free delivery, but I went ahead. On Sunday, I call, talk to Vivian and she adds another item to my order so delivery will be free. On Monday early in the morning, after finding out that I got the sizes wrong, I send an email to cancel the order. Lauren D. cancels my order immediately, so I finally ordered the right stuff. Where else do you find this kind of service? Thank you both so much!

I was reluctent at first to spend this much on bedding but it was the best money ever spent. Ziegler duvet is amazing. Au Lit really does change the way you sleep....my sleep is now priceless.

Amazing business. I've been buying from Au Lit for nearly 15 years. I've also ordered several custom duvet covers and shams in specific unique measurements and the customer service is incredibly gracious and lovely to work with. They are also super fast communicating back and forth and making sure you're 100% happy. They really go above and beyond and are always there for you to make recommendations and suggestions if you're uncertain or need help, as I did a few times. The selection of fabrics they offer are high quality, the stitching is flawless and they wash like a dream and last forever. In fact I still have a 15 year old sheet now passed down and on my large dog's bed but it's still in perfect condition, soft to touch, and not a single tear or thread loose. The choices and design aesthetic is always tasteful, clean and modern and I feel like I can always trust in this, even when shopping online because the products never disappoint. I won't buy anywhere else.

They are exemplary in their quality, commitment, communications, product availability and customer service. Absolutely every dealing I have experienced has been exceptional. We had an excellent experience and highly recommend this store . We purchased 2 sets of bed sheets under their own label made in Canada, approximately 18 months ago. The online ordering system, processing and delivery were all excellent and smooth. The sheets feel wonderful and are easy to wash.

Sleeping much better at night now with new king duvet, cotton quilt and Au Lit pillows. It’s sort of a life-changing experience because you actually feel better. Just note the Summit pillows are actually duck down, not goose down, and have a slight lingering smell months after purchase. The Au Lit goose down pillows don’t have this issue, so recommend those more.
