High end fine quality items and service to match is hard to find these days. InSTYLE has very reasonable prices too. What a huge selection of colour choice and fabric options if you want a custom ordered sofa or upholstered bed frame. 2 items I chose are made in Canada. Go for the white glove service which is well worth it. I absolutely love my new bed, sofa and dining table. Made to last for sure.
Purchasing our dining room and bar chairs from inStyle Home and rugs was a very pleasant experience. We are so pleased with the furniture. Manager, Al from the store was patient and very helpful. The delivery was also exceptional. Thank you George and Suzanne.
I was so sad when my expensive kitchen counter stools started to shred at the top. I had them for over 10 years, and the store in Markham had closed. I found InStyle's website and was happy to see they sold a very similar style. I emailed the store after hours, and Al called me first thing in the morning, asking me to send him photos. He called me right back, and said that yes they were the exact same style, and that I could buy replacement seats, in a higher quality more durable covering in a nice variety of colors. I placed the order, and he called several hours later from the warehouse, offering to drop them off right to my door! Since the city was in total lockdown, I accepted! White glove old world service at its finest. A rare find nowadays. Highest recommendation!
I‘ve been looking for a unique zebra cowhide for while and I came a cross Instyle home and rugs and found the perfect hide. I highly recommend this store!
I'd been looking for the right dining table for a long time and I finally found it at Instyle Home & Rugs. Al, the owner, was really friendly and answered all my questions over the phone. I didn't know which table would fit, so he helped me choose the right one and didn't try to hurry me up. Since the item wouldn't fit in my car, he was able to provide delivery services. It arrived right on time and installation was part of the package, so that was cool! Al also followed up to see if the table was working out well for me. I'd definitely order from InStyle again! I was looking at some of the cool office furniture and my wife loved the sofas they had. Thanks Al!
Very happy with my experience with InSTYLE Home & Rugs. I got a great deal on an actual painting from one of their store location closings and Al was able to provide me with a price match on 2 add'l matching stools first 2 purchased from competitor. I was skeptical about the stool order given that I committed to it over email with no prior experience with retailer, but in the end it worked out. Def worth checking out the location north of Bloor on Yonge.
We had an extremely positive experience dealing with Instyle for a sofa-bed in my study / guest-room. Their price was the best I could find around for this brand of sofa and delivery was prompt, plus with a personal touch! The sofa-bed itself is high quality in this price range. Highly recommended.
