Finding Lake Manawa was a pleasant surprise for my family. We spent an afternoon at the playground and Lake. We rented inner tubes, played in the sand and went to the snack shack. Its a little old and busted but that didn’t really matter, we had a great time.

Nice park. Boating, fishing, trails, a beach, and a huge play ground.  The play ground is a little run down, but they are currently looking to revitalize and expand it. Unfortunately, there is not camping any longer.

A cool place to enjoy a good sized lake, fishing, swimming, public restrooms on both sides, a big playground area and toy rentals. FUN, FUN, FUN! ~KK~

Very beautiful lake and area. Went to run on the trails, first I had to find them, they are marked as bicycle trails or mountain bike trails. Have a beach area, a playground area for kids, you can fish there and have boat ramps for water sports, lots of public parking all around the lake. Didn't see any bathroom places, but I'm sure they have them somewhere.
