My husband and I were first at the Palisades Mall visiting other jewelry stores to inquire about ring resizing. No one even acknowledged us when we entered. We decided to visit Mamari Jewelers after we called about same day resizing. The staff was so welcoming and had such a high level of customer service. We were offered drinks and my husband asked for a cup of coffee. One gentleman made fresh coffee, which took longer to prepare than my ring resizing. We left before the coffee was even ready but made a wrong turn out of the parking lot. On the way out, the man helping us said "he promised a coffee" and had it in a cup for us to take home. That in itself is over-the-top customer service, along with the professionalism they provided us for our time there. Would definitely recommend!!

I went there a few weeks ago, and excellent experience from start to finish. Recommended from a close friend and I was not disappointed! Nice selection of jewelry, very friendly and professional staff. I highly recommend anyone looking for jewels, gems, watches, etc. to shop here first.

We went to get my wife's ring resized and had a wonderful experience. Very professional and high level of customer service. It only took maybe 15 minutes and cost $20. While we waited they offered us coffee. Such a great business!

Best jeweler in the Rockland area, outstanding customer service with beautiful jewelry. Whenever I come in the entire staff treats me well. I’d recommend Mamari to anyone!

Living in Paris, my fam and I went to NY for the summer and passed by "Mamari Jewelers" , where my sister's husband found their wedding bands, and lot of cute things we fell in love with. it's an amazing store with a large and awesome selection!!!! Mr. Mamari and his employees are super helpful and professional. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!!!! :)
