Bank closed @1250 on Saturday when posted 1pm close time. with people behind the desk. Not very convenient for Americas most convenient bank.

Waited a half hour to have a debit card replaced. Every time I come in there is a long line, the staff doesn't say hello. Definitely not the most convenient bank.

Cashed a check. Was short changed $15. Didn't see this till I got home. Returned to the bank. Was told there was nothing they can do. Terrible.
